      Please respect my no extra guest policy. some exceptions may be made if you communicate with me in advance. If you show up with extra guests without a confirmation from me you will be denied service, security deposit will not be refunded, and you will not be able to book in the future.

      Tardiness

      Tardiness, please try to be on time, life happens I completely understand but communication is key. 

      10-minute grace period

      After 10 minutes its $10.00 late fee

      After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled unless you have communicated with me prior, I will do my best to fit you in.

      If I am late or behind with another client, I will do my best to accommodate you. 


      No shows - You will be blocked from booking in the future

      Payments will be collected prior to service being completed
